I’m doing this tonight,
My immune system’s gonna put up a fight,
But, hey germs come on,
I hated you endlessly,
When you infected me,

Seasonal Poems
An autograph lay in her hands,
As she looked into my eyes again,
Holding the paper tightly she smiled,
And, I felt something I hadn’t in awhile,
I had talked to her for some time,
Before writing a message on those lines,
To my surprise, the autograph was not her style,
What she loved most was being with me, a short while.
Crazy how the simplest things can be the key,
To one’s happiness, you come to see.
An autograph is just a bunch of letters,
For your heart and memory, time is better.
Letting a fan know you do care.
Presents lay under the tree,
Sparkling pretty,
Something else has caught my eye,
With no ribbons or tie,
This Christmas I found love,
Nestled within the doves,
And sounds of Christmas cheer,
Now, that the perfect gift’s here.
Materials do me no just,
In days they’ll be a bust,
A person’s warmth lasts years,
Diminishing life long fears.
What Season am I?
I bring colors gold, orange and red,
In my season “BOO” is often said,
Chilly weather I may bring to you,
This is something I need to do,
What season could I be?
If you guessed fall yippee!
My season is wet and cold,
Decorations for Christmas maybe sold,
Sleds and snowmen are all around,
As snowflakes travel to the ground
Did you guess my season,
If you said winter, you know the reason.
Flowers are in bloom,
Birds are chirping in the noon,
And there’s word of an Easter Bunny soon,
His candies and small toys make kids swoon,
Can you guess what seasonal holiday is celebrated on a Sunday noon?
Pools and barbeques,
Now that school is through,
Hot days and warm nights
Bees buzzing in sight,
Camping and chilling with a friend
What season don't you want to end?

Jingle jangle above thy head,
Hooing and humming over thy bed,
Jingle jangle, and a pounce or two,
I’m thinking Santa’s here, how about you?
Be as quiet as can be,
For we do not want Santa to see,
Slip the sheets over me,
So silently,
For if Santa saw me peep,
I would never be able to sleep,
Jingle jangles gone away,
Santa must be in his sleigh,
On route to his next home,

Eyes of an eerie sight,
A mouth glowing with fright,
